Refund Policy

This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Mecatek Ltd [CV Engraving].

We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.

With regrets but we cannot accept returns for personalised gifts, so it is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy what we get sent.

If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know urgently by email to sales@cvengraving.co.uk and, provided that the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.

If you’re unhappy with your item, please advise us immediately by email to sales@cvengraving.co.uk and please include a photograph and credible reason for the complaint. You may be asked to return the item within 21 days in order for us to investigate and raise a refund if deemed appropriate.

However, if it was a personalised item/items whereby there is an error made that was not a fault of ours - or the item has not been cared for whilst in your possession we shall be unable to raise a refund or accept a return.

Please sent your item(s) back in their original packaging, to the following address, including any invoice/order form to help us identify your order. You must contact us before returning an item.

Please note that items are still your responsibility until they reach us and  returns postage cost shall be borne by you, unless the item is faulty. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
